Terms of Service
These are the ground rules for using MYREE. We kept them short and readable.
By using MYREE you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
MYREE is a personal "second brain" operated by Aclas: it captures what you live, think and learn and helps you turn it into content and knowledge. It is provided as-is, in a pilot phase, and may change or be discontinued.
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for any activity under your account. An account is meant for a single person.
Do not use MYREE for unlawful activity, to upload content that infringes others' rights, or to attempt to compromise the service or other users' access.
Content you create remains yours. You grant us permission to process it solely to provide the service to you — including sending the necessary text to the OpenAI API to generate responses, as described in the Privacy Policy.
AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies and does not constitute professional advice (legal, medical, financial or otherwise). Always verify important information before acting on it.
As a pilot service, we do not guarantee any uptime level or the continued availability of specific features. We recommend exporting your data periodically from “Export data”.
You may close your account at any time from “Logout & data”. We may suspend or close an account that violates these terms.
The service is provided "as is", without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, Aclas is not liable for indirect damages or data loss; please keep your own copies of content you consider important.
We may update these terms; changes take effect from the “Last updated” date above. These terms are governed by Italian law. For questions write to hello@aclas.io.
